The Adjudication Services Division investigates disputes, grievances, and claims that individuals or small groups of workers make under a range of employment legislation and under several other pieces of legislation, such as equality legislation, equal status legislation. These include the Workplace Relations Act 2015, the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977, the Employment Equality Act 1998, the Equal Status Act 2000, the Pensions Act 1990, the Protection of Employees (Employers’ Insolvency) Act 1984, the Redundancy Payments Act 1967,  the Industrial Relations Act 1969, and others.
