You’ll learn about your rights under employment legislation, about core terms of employment, rates of pay and hours of work.
As an employer you’ll learn about your obligations to your employees and what to do should they be dealing with challenges in or outside work, like what time off is available to them for maternity, parental or carer’s leave?
Dealing with issues at work? We can help. The WRC provides many services to help you resolve issues in the workplace.
Thinking about retiring? Information will be available for those coming up to retirement and particularly those who might like to stay on in work.
Finally, did you know under Equal Status legislation, if you have faced discrimination when being provided goods or services or have been refused housing by a landlord because you were in receipt of housing or social welfare benefit you can take a complaint to the WRC?
